In this fast-paced board game, each player races a gang of gunslinging outlaws across the desert while battling rival factions for survival. Quick to pick-up but full of strategy, every game is packed with tense decisions & fun twists.

We sketch, doodle and rethink ideas over and over. Nothing starts polished because for us, exploration results in the best ideas.
From there, we distill what makes an idea interesting. We focus on mechanics that feel intuitive and satisfying, yet flexible and strong enough to support different themes and collaborations without losing what makes them fun.
For us, design is about discovering what works, letting ideas collide and keeping the core of play simple.

We test ideas with real people in real places. Rules are debated and broken in pub gardens, hotel lobbies, train stations and around kitchen tables.
Strangers become play-testers, friends become critics, and every session teaches us something.
We listen closely and let play shape the design. If something isn't fun, it goes. If it sparks laughter, tension or call for “one more round' ... we push it further.
By the time a game reaches you, it has already been played hard, argued over, tweaked, and replayed by people who love games as much as we do.
